YOU MUST BE CLEAR ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT
Clarity of vision is a key component and critical success factor to achievement of your dreams. We often embark on our life’s journey simply moving from day to day without a specific plan or even written goals and objectives. As you move through the days and hours you find that the years skip merrily along, while the days take their toll. Without a plan you simply accept and react to daily events without the merest idea of how you attract people and events. Wandering from moment to moment in reactive mode you awake one day wondering how your life evolved into the unacceptable reality and existence you dislike so much. Another moment passes and you find yourself in another decade of your life wondering how you got there. You are like a ship adrift without a map, without a purpose, without a destination. You wonder “is there still time? Can I still achieve my dreams? What were my dreams? Were they my dreams or the dreams of another? Is it still possible to reach my destination?”
The truth is that we all arrive in this life with a purpose. As children we sometimes feel it however without guidance and hope we lose our purpose and as we take on the responsibilities of survival, we set it aside.
Then one day something awakens us and we ask the question? Why am I here? What is my purpose? And, with luck, set upon the course to reclaim our purpose. But like the ship we need a map, we need goals, we need a personal vision in order to set our course and sail into the sea of our destiny.
This is why we need to be C.L.E.A.R. about what we want.
Admittedly it is not easy. If it were easy everyone would do it. It can only happen when you decide that you are willing to do whatever it takes and move forward with purpose, reason, rational self interest and self esteem.
Your Vision will need Courage, Leadership, Empowerment, Attitude & Aptitude and finally Respect and Reputation.

WHAT KIND OF GOALS CAN I COACH YOU TO ACHIEVE?
I help clients reach several types of goals. I work with Entrepreneurs and corporate clients who are at one of the following places in their business and career:

I provide leadership, ethics, and problem solving, training for corporate clients. I coach professionals like Realtors, trainers, executives, entrepreneurs, and others who are ready to make changes in their lives and move to the next level.

You must be committed to being stress free and maintaining good health. Professionals and entrepreneurs are uniquely positioned to make a lot of money. Often that brings more stress filled lives, impossible deadlines and loss of personal life. As your coach, my job is to help you to manage those commitments while maintaining your quality of life and your health.
I also work with Managers and Executives responsible for the success of a branch or division who need to:
Pull off large projects. Successfully completing projects and implementing programs such as enhanced customer service takes focus. Having your own coach can make the process easier. It helps to have someone to speak with as you face this type of challenge.
Increase productivity. Substantially increasing productivity is no longer an option, it is a primary focus for many firms. A coach advises on how to navigate the company culture, develop teamwork based on values, align departmental goals with the company’s mission and help the firm to be innovative and profit driven. The gung-ho we'll all make it approach is no longer enough to be effective in today’s global market.
HOW DOES COACHING WORK?
Coaching works because it brings out your best. I believe you have the answers and am trained to bring them out (painlessly)!
Specifically, this is what I do with you during our coaching sessions.
Listen: I listen fully. You are the focus. I listen to what you say, what you are trying to say, and what you are not saying.
Share: After you have fully communicated, I share with you my advice, ideas, comments and views of your situation, dilemma or opportunity.
Endorse: Anyone who’s up to something—an entrepreneur, a manager with an extraordinary objective, a professional filling the practice needs—yes, needs—an outside voice full of endorsement, compassion and acknowledgement. Not as a yes-type person, but as someone who knows what it takes to achieve.
Suggest: I want a lot for you. I want you to be healthy, happy and successful. I want you to be on a strong financial track. I want you to enjoy your family and friends. I want you to have a life that inspires others—and yourself. Part of my job is to be at least 3 steps ahead of you, yet be with you. As such, I make requests and suggestions. And, you are the client.
WHAT IS THE FEE? - $150 per hour.
HOW DO YOU WORK?
I work mostly on the telephone. You call me at a local or toll-free number at a prescheduled time. Most clients call me once per week at the same time each week. Calls last 25 to 55 minutes. The monthly fee, payable in advance, for the 25 minute call is $300; for the 55 minute call, $600. Additional time is billed at $150 per hour. Clients may meet with me, but most find the telephone to be most efficient (and practical, since many clients live outside of Chicago where I am based).

The primary credential of any coach is the success of his or her clients. Additionally, I have:
- Practiced for over 23 years as a consultant with companies such as Accenture
- Led full-day workshops for over 6,000 participants both nationally and internationally
- Trained employees from over 100 companies
- President emeritus of Women in Technology International a global organization
- Coached corporate employees to achieve career success
My company is an MBE woman owned business certified by the Chicago Minority Business Development Council (CMBDC).
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT YOUR WORK?
There are several administrative guidelines that you should know:
Fees are paid in advance, due on the 1st of each month.
Your time slot is your time slot. Please don’t try to reschedule. In an emergency, we can, however, make our time together a priority. If you are going on vacation or can’t make a call one week, we will make up the time before you leave or after you return. From time to time when you call you may get my voice mail asking that you call another number to reach me. This number will be a local call or the toll-free number. The toll-free number ‘follows me” to wherever I am, since I lead workshops all over the country.
WHAT DO I EXPECT OF MY CLIENTS?
I ask that you grant our relationship enough room so that you can reach your goals quickly. What that means is that you are willing to tell me all of what you are thinking and feeling and that you are willing to listen to what I have to say. And, you should take the time you want to develop the trust you need between us. More information is available in your welcome packet.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM ME, AS YOUR COACH?
You can expect me to be unconditionally constructive. No matter what happens during our call, you can expect me to say only those things which further your life and your goals. If you are disturbed, I do understand. If you are stuck, I will be patient. If you can’t wait to share a victory, I will celebrate with you. I will not make you wrong, criticize you, complain to you or gossip about you.
I am very straightforward. Yes, it is possible to be unconditionally constructive and still speak straight. From time to time, I will ask you to begin, end, or modify something. And I will honor your right to refuse.
