With over 20 years of experience motivating people, Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management from DePaull University and an Associate in Applied Sciences from College of DuPage. An active member of the women’s community, she is founder of JAD Communications International. She has also served as an adjunct professor for University of Illinois at Chicago MBA program office, College of DuPage, and Illinois Institute of Technology.

Yvonne is the author of several critically acclaimed books including Self Creation: 10 Powerful Principles for Changing Your Life, Proven Ways Women Overcome Obstacles & Succeed, Frederick Douglass: Master Self Creator, How to Travel on Other People’s Money and Drawing Forth Your Personal Vision. She has facilitated seminars in Europe and traveled all over the world, including Italy, England, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Malta, Mexico, Canada, and St. Maarten– bringing a truly global perspective.
